Shannon Werner of Relevate will lead you through a 1hr barre sculpt workout (without the barre!) that will leave you feeling energized and with your creative juices flowing. After class, sip delicious Sol-ti juices while you create a custom suculent arrangement with Kirsten of The Social Succulent. There may even be some Rhipsalis (Mistletoe Cactus) available for your Holiday arrangement!🌵 It's the perfect way to kick start your holiday season: move, sip, be merry, and create the perfect gift for you or a loved one!

About Shannon & Relevate: Shannon is the Founder of Relevate and a Transformational Nutrition Coach. She is passionate about food, mindful movement, music, community building, and helping women feel strong and centered in their body and mind.

Relevate is a turbocharged barre sculpt workout that weaves together yoga, Pilates, heart-pumping cardio, and functional strength training to tone and strengthen your body. We finish every class with deep, restorative stretching to balance the body and calm the mind. While you will shake, quake, and be challenged, Relevate is for EVERY body. Form, alignment, and safety are top priority, and modifications are offered for every pose.

About Kirsten & The Social Succulent: Kirsten started The Social Succulent as a way to share her love and obsession for all things succulents. Her workshops provide instruction and the raw materials to not only create a one-of-a-kind succulent arrangement, but also on how to care for your arrangement so it thrives for months to come.

Event logistics: Pre-registration is required. Please plan to arrive 15 min early to check in and sign an event waiver. Bring a yoga mat and water - all other props and materials for succulent arrangements will be provided!
